Little Hide and Seek: Farm Board book – April 15, 2013

My 16 month old is really enjoying this book! I discovered that he can find an animal in the pictures just by name or sound. How cool! Great photography and a great pop-up on the last page. I recommend this!

Got this book for my two and a half year old who loves looking for hidden things. It was a hit! We read it every day while we eat lunch. It’s great for keeping her at the table!

Cute little board book - few words - lots of pictures and ones that actually "look like" the animals and tractors etc! We live on a farm, but grandson is in a city - wanted something to give him pictures of things he will see when he comes to visit. Gave it to him for his First Birthday and his favorite page is the last one that "pops out".

My son loves to find items! We found various little hide and seek books at the library, and my 2 year old loved them so much, I decided to buy him this one. Great books!

The book itself is good enough. But, the last page of it is this really cool origami fold pop-out page. Which is great if you are expecting that. But, that last page has been depend torn apart by my rough and tumble almost two year old twins. The picture is lest than a month after purchasing.

My 17 month old son loves all the Hide and Seek books. He finds something different in them each time he looks at them. I think it's a book that can really grow with a child. Even though my little guy looks at them now, I can see how he will still love them years from now. For instance, now he just looks at the animals, points to them, and enjoys me telling him the names of everything. But later on, he can count all the animals, find all the objects of a particular color, try to solve the riddle on each page, etc.

I was not happy with this book. The last page is a folded page that pops out. My son bent it up quickly, I ended up cutting it out. The inside pages on the left have a super cute rhyme with the items you are suppose to find on the right side. My complaint is that some of the patterns behind all the images are too much and make it hard to find the items. It would be better with a light background.

I've read this book over 400 times. My wife refuses to read it...but our son LOVES it!! Bright pictures, large pages. Overwhelming at first because some pages are so full. But this is the challenge he loves (he is almost 3).
