Q: What Material is the clamp itself ?

Thank you for your interest! The gauge refers to the thickness of the jumper cable. The smaller the gauge rating, the thicker the cables are. The thicker the cables are, the more effective they will be.

Q: Title says 500 amp but description says 400 amp. Which are these?

Q: Is this made in China? Also are these copper coated aluminum ?

I can't imagine that they are solid copper for the price. That's not saying that they aren't bad. 2G CCA (Copper clad aluminum) is roughly equivalent to 4G copper. If these were solid copper they would be $200.

Q: Hi Please what is the different between 400amp and 1000amp? What it does mean 1000amp?

Maximum Amps rated for the cable. 8 Gauge Cable rated up to 400 Amps (at 12V DC that's 4,800 Watts). A 1000 Amp cable would be MUCH thicker (probably 0 gauge wire) and would be good for up to 12,000 Watts which is a LOT of Power! 1000 Amp Jumper Cables probably come with protective gloves, goggles, etc. as that is very high power.
