I like this as the vanilla chai flavor as it comes but also with a bit of cocoa added to make a mocha flavor. Can also do well with greens and frozen fruit added.

Good quality but definitely not the most yummy powder I have. I guess the caffeine addition adds to the weird taste. Other truvani powders I like the taste of.

Only a small amount of protein and it’s pricey but you’re paying for a quality product with quality ingredients.

This is a whole other level of an energy beverage. It's actually good for you & more nutritious than coffee alone. I make warm up Almomd milk drop in a scoop & sweeten with raw honey. It's so yummy & gets me going all day long. Added bonus... I feel full all day, not as hungry & don't eat as much. Vani Hari (the founder) is a legend! I love this protein powder. I add my collagen peptides and my Mudwtr to it and it is a yummy and healthy breakfast and/ or lunch shake. The flavor is fantastic, NOT like other chocolate protein powders that taste chalky or filled to the brim with artificial sweeteners. This is the first time I want to try baking with a protein powder, since I don't believe I will have to add any sweeteners to my desserts. The caffein is very subtle, not at all like drinking a cup of coffee. Definitely worth a try.

I was really excited to try this because I love the Truvani protein powder (peanut butter chocolate especially!!). With this — I just couldn’t get past the taste. The monk fruit is almost overpowering, and there’s even a slightly salty aftertaste...not what I want in a vanilla latte. One positive is it blends very nicely in liquids, especially if you use a frother. I wish they made this in the sample packets because it’s just too expensive to buy and end up not liking it. I’ll probably just stick with blending the regular protein powder into coffee — please don’t change the recipe or flavor!

Protein & Energy by Truvani is exactly as the product is described.I prefer to blend with plant based milk. I have tried it with water and it is still tasty. I found that this protein shake is all I need for my morning pick-me-up, breakfast on the go. This has allowed me to cut back to one cup of coffee a day and, on most days, eliminate coffee altogether.I have recommend this products to friends.

I have their regular protein and love it but this made me have sugar cravings throughout the day.
