Works but needs some improvements.
Awesome idea and it works well. Biggest complaint is if you leave the lid off the contents inside the metal cup do not get hot enough before the packs cool down, even with the higher temp packs. Also it will not seal completely, so if it gets knocked over it will leak. Last complaint is that the bottom gets extremely hot because it is plastic, the sleeve does not cover the bottom.

Used for my daughter milk
Used for a 9hr drive. I just poured the milk it in the steel bowl, used one packet of aquaheat and waited for less then a few minutes and it was ready. So much easier then stopping for hot water or using a bottle warmer

Awesome Idea!
I use this almost every day to warm up my son's food, normally with hot water and not with the packs. I love it, I don't have to nuke his food and lost nutrients. The only problem I have had is that the side of the rim seems to have cracked a bit - I am not sure if it was me trying to get the lid on or not. It is an awkward design but overall I am really happy with it.

It worked perfect to heat up breastmilk while at the park
I wish the directions were a little more clear. It doesn't say if the water goes on the plastic container or the metal one but we figured it out. It worked perfect to heat up breastmilk while at the park. It warmed the bag of milk in less than 5 minutes.

Would be five stars except weak clip points
This works great with the HOT packs for warming bottles. I would give it four stars except the corners of the lip that the lid clips on to are pretty weak. One has broken off already and the others have cracks.

Good but lid cracked already
This product works but after 5 uses the lip where the lid locks cracked. The longest we let food stay in container to cook was 20 min

Purchased this for Le Diner en Blanc and it worked perfectly. I cooked the entree and placed it in the individual containers. This allowed us to have a hot meal instead of picnic style food.
