I returned this set just today. Did not have everything it was supposed to. Never got the recipe ebook. Checked my email and nothing. Others selling this say you should expect an email within an hour of ordering, but this one said nothing of the kind and never sent it. Bought this for my son, but the containers are so tiny he laughed!!! Honestly, he'd rather weigh things on a scale and eat healthy the right way. I like diet dinners so not for me either. If you don't mind filling the containers multiple times a day then these are for you. Maybe we'll try them some other time.

I purchased Efficient Nutrition, 7 Piece portion control containers with shaker bottle. Right after ordering the containers, I decided to read the reviews (backwards, I know). The reviews had me on edge the two days I waited for the product. To my surprise, I received the package of 7 containers with the guide, shaker bottle, and in an email I received the downloadable meal trackers and recipe book, which I got at the same time as the confirmation of delivery email. The colors and sizes of the containers matched beachbody 21 day fix containers. The lids snap on tightly and do not leak. I have not tried the shaker bottle yet with a shake, but I did test for leakage using water and so far so good. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone, like me, who is new to portion control and/or food prep.I was not paid in any way for this review.

I received these and washed them as instructed. unfortunately the paint came off on the bottle. The containers and bottle are what they are advertised as. I reached out but didn't get a response.If you don't mind the paint coming off they're good. I just wonder what else happens to the plastic when the paint peels off.

Looks promising but would be hard to stick with the program.

Did not come with all it says. Did not get any of the ebook or planners.

This is a nice little kit for someone who is looking to loose weight and or follow a diet plan. Like the colors and sizes of the dishes and also the fact that they send you a easy to follow plan.

Received the product and half of the stuff was not even included, i was thinking i would get a recipe book and the tracking sheets but nothing, ended up returning.
