Update: stopped working after a year :(The mop Is quite heavy to hold if you have to constantly press a button as well. Ot makes noise every time that I hold the burron in. I like that the mop head Is bendable Nd twists easily for weird and tiny spaces. It cleans very well with the steaming, but the mop leaves undesirable water marks on the tiles when mopping. The bissel by-products are quite expensive to buy with.

Easy to put together, nice quality, easy to use and wall stand is really handy for storing the steam cleaner away. It has a nice long length of lead and also has a handy tool kit that connects to the cleaner, this kit also has a place to sit on the wall stand for storing away. Highly recommend.

Decided to try this mop as all the other mops I have purchased do not seem to last.It was easy to put together, easy to use and my floor tiles look like new. I used the hand held steamer to clean my oven and am pleased with the results. The reason I have given four stars is the annoying clicking sound it makes when steaming. It does state this will happen in the instructions. Also it is very heavy.

Bigger and heavier than expected. Bear in mind that the steam does not come and there is a beeping sound when you press to steam … good enough.

I bought this product around 6 months ago and have been using it probably 3 times per week since for cleaning my kitchen floor. As we have gloss tiles steam cleaning is the only way to avoid streaks.I was originally drawn to this model as it had the ingenious attachment mount in the handle at the back of the unit and looked like a great product on the Bissel video used in the information.PROSIt is very easy to assemble and tidy away due to the hanging bracket that comes with it.Lightweight with a reservoir large enough to clean my large kitchen, utility and sunroom floor.Attachments for grout very useful and effective at cleaning stubborn areas.CONSThe annoying ticking noise that happens all the whilst steaming.Where the unit attaches to the pole there is a lot of wiggle room and so not good when trying to use as a floor mop and remove stubborn stains.No spares/extras available to purchase for the item meaning I ended up washing the mop cover after every use and never had a spare to be able to use a couple of times in a day if needed. Also the grout attachment bristles have almost disappeared through use and unable to buy a replacement.Overall I have had this product 6 months, not the cheapest on the market and it is now leaking all over the place. I am lucky to have had this much use out of it as my sister in law has had 4 over the last 6 months (replacements every month to 6 weeks) due to different faults and finally got a refund! Unfortunately as I have had this one 6 months there is no way to return or refund through Amazon so I am left looking for another steam mop 😔

I was so excited to get this despite some of the bad reviews…I assembled together, tried on some tiles, not a lot of steam was coming out but decided to try the mop bit on my laminate flooring, still not noticing a lot of steam, whistling noise and I tried both settings. It just drenched my laminate, had to go over with towels to dry the floor. So a big disappointment. Plus it overheated on first time using it. I unplugged it and thought maybe it does that, but came bk 45mins later and was still quite hot to touch. Didn’t feel safe to try again!!
