I received these portion control containers from Fitgenius and I love them! These are very high quality BPA free and microwave safe containers. The lids snap on nice and tight, they're air tight and won't leak. The meal plan that comes with these containers is very well laid out, very informative and easy to understand. It makes it very easy to know just how much of each category of foods I have to eat each day. The containers are colored and labeled for carbs, veggies, fruits etc for easy reference to what's inside them when they are stored in the fridge. I loved them so much that I got a 2nd set for my fiancé and she uses them religiously. This is by far the best portion control program I have used by far.

Small helped a little

I had no idea how small they would be - but I guess that is what makes you lose weight.

So far so good. Good quality containers and I do like that they are labeled. Comes with a chart explaining how much to eat per day to loose weight, maintain, etc. The chart also has a food choice/idea list making getting started super easy. I'm using these to loose weight and have only had them for a few days, but can already see how much I should be eating in a day to make this change in my life. Very helpful product!

Silliest product I have ever seen. Complete waste of money but I used them to pack small lunch items so I kept them.

I received my containers and love them. They are just right for serving sizes. They will help me not to eat so much. The calorie calculator, weight loss calculator and the grocery list guide are excellent ideas. I very much like that the containers are labeled so I didn't have to buy labels. I will definitely buy additional ones for my family members and as gifts for friends.

I didn't receive the planner poster only the containers

This product is awesome. The instructions are easy and help you make your specific needs. The containers are color coded and labeled making it easier to use. They are easy to wash and they are stack able hence they do not take up much kitchen or cupboard space. Excellent product ! highly recommend.
