Perfect replacement for our Kenmore Elite front-load washer. Our washed stopped draining and I looked online and found this replacement motor. Easy replacement - took about 20 minutes - and it has the correct electrical connection. Started the washer and the motor performed flawlessly. I actually bought a second to keep around as a spare in case we have another issue. For the cost it made sense to have a replacement readily available.

I like that it was here the next day. We’ve been without our washer for 2 days but only because of diagnosing what the issue was and waiting for shocks absorbers. So it looked slightly different. But not enough to steer me away. I undid the 3 screw holding on the pump swapped it and off it went. Id give it a 5 star but only after its Done a few loads.UPDATE… still going strong after a week or so now very happy. No issues! Deff recommend!!Update on June 6…. I think everyone that’s been using the washer in the house forgot we replaced the motor because we’ve done a bunch of loads of laundry since we fixed it! I really suggest this to anyone looking

The part was perfect . I did return it, my fault (well, my husbands fault) he thought the pump had gone out on our washing machine. It wasn't the pump. The part was correct and about $110 cheaper than the manufactures part. If I ever need an appliance part, I will go to this company. It will save so much money, time and hassle. Thank you.

This pump came super fast and was a excellent value. Item was easy to remove the old one and install the new one. It fit exactly like the orginal and is very durable. Would definately buy another one if needed and recommend it to anyone needing one.

Lasted almost 3 years until it stopped pumping and started rattling. The bushings are gone and the impeller is irratic. The original pump lasted 10 years. Even though the pump has failed the ⛽ is a half hour job to replace and if I replace it every couple years it is still cheaper than a new washing machine or one visit from a repairman. Not to mention who can find someone to repair anything anymore. The final thing is my family overloads and misuses our washer and dryer. I would rather replace parts then sacrifice a new washing machine to our household. If you have looked up the symptoms and watched a couple of videos then go for it and replace the pump.

The pump was easy to install. After about a year the impeller broke, but it was not a manufacturing defect but something that got stuck from a load of laundry. They offered to refund or replace. Very quick response and quality product. I will buy from them again.

Finding something else. Last two months and stopped working.

Arrived quickly and undamaged. Great purchase compared to other higher priced pumps.
