Holds more than I even thought it would. Solid quality and storage is great. Small enough to keep on back and not notice when riding in a vehicle. I keep a TQ on the bottom band, 2 chest seals, 2 things of guaze, scissors, and narcan in my med kit!

I'm seriously impressed with this pouch. I got it to replace my mtk which was bulbous and flopped around and I never really cared for. This pouch is so much better at such a lower cost. It sits very flat on my belt so I can actually sit in a chair properly. My only gripe is that the insert doesn't have a holder for chest seals, so I just rubber banded them on. I would honestly recommend this over all the other Gucci brand belt ifaks.

Here's my experience with this thing: I ordered one, it shipped and arrived quickly. Upon first glance, the loop panel on the outside and some of the stitching on the unit I received was sewn VERY crookedly. After contacting the seller about it, I was promptly sent a brand new one free of defects, no further questions asked, and they let me keep the first one.In any line of retail purchases, "you get what you pay for," is the repeated phrase that rings true just about every time. Such is the case with this Petac Gear Med Pouch, but with a caveat. Yep, it's totally a T-rex Arms Med 1 copy pouch, but it'll do the same job at half the price of the real thing. It's like comparing brand name breakfast cereal with the Walmart knock-off cereal. Similar, different, maybe not QUITE as good as the other, but in the end they'll both fill your stomach and do the job, especially with some cold milk and sweetener.In the end, what tag are you cool with it having on it attached to your gear? Do you want the T-rex Arms tag, or are you cool with the Petac Gear tag? The biggest difference to you, the buyer, is half the cost of the real one. Sure, it's the Great Value brand cereal, but it'll work.

It's well built, lightweight and fits the bare necessities, which is exactly what i wanted. (It would be nice if the material was a higher Denier rating...) However i would like for the elastic portion to include a large band so my chest seals are security included when the pull tab is used.NOTE: All patches and inner items are NOT included (only the black elastic pull retainer is included) I've only had it for a few months

Holds everything I would need if someone was to gets wounded training or out in the field. Durability seems great and the zippers are holding up well too. I like the fact that I can access everything in it with either hand.Items that I have in this pouch areTourniquet, Advanced blood clotting sponge, medical gloves, medical scissors, pre-lubricated nasal airway, medical Band-Aids, chest sealer, decompression needle, black magic marker, compression gauze and an emergency bandage. With all these items in here I could still fit a couple more things if needed lol. So yea for this price pull the trigger and get one because this is definitely just as good if not better then the expensive name brand ones.
