This is 30 days worth,I find easy to swallow with a glass of water,Not sure if they’ve helped with weight loss as I’mOn a diet anyway?

Save your money as they didn’t work at all, you are better getting fruit and healthy food and doing more exercise as there are no quick solutions to losing weight especially by diet tablets! !

These weight loss tablets come in a pack of 120 which is a month’s supply. These tablets contain some known ingredients that help with weight loss which include:• Artichoke (promotes weight loss)• Kola (helps to burn fat)• Green tea (helps oxidate fats)• Turmeric (avoids the accumulation of fats)• Zinc (Gives the metabolism a boost for breaking down fatty acids) One thing to mention is they have a strong shot of caffeine, so if you already have it during your day, you may have to reduce it to accommodate the amount that is in these tablets. They just say to take 4 a day so I took that as to spread them out throughout the day due to the caffeine. I had 2 at breakfast and two with my Tea in the afternoon. Combined with smaller food portions, while taking these, I have seen my weight slowly decrease. Nothing substantial but it is decreasing which is a good sign. I do seem to have an increase in my energy levels, presumably due to the caffeine, so I have taken on a little exercise too which should increase the weight loss. In conclusion, I am seeing results with these but don’t expect them to be the miracle weight loss tablet we’ve been waiting for. You do have to put a little work in too, which I have reduced my food portion sizes, and I’m seeing small results but it’s positive. At £27.56 for a months supply, they’re a little expensive but if they work for you then they’ll be worth the high price tag…

I was on these tablets for a week and I have noticed no difference. I have a pretty good diet and exercise a fair bit. There has been no change to the scales while taking these. I had to stop after a week as I was feeling worse for wear on the pills. Hard to explain but my stomach just felt off.

You must already have a good balanced diet and if possible do a little exercise on the side but I would say that its essentially a fat burner to help speed up your metabolism. It worked on me as I’d already lost 14lbs and had hit a plateau. I already feel and see the effects and have started losing more weight again. I don't regret having taken it but it won’t suit people that can’t take too much caffeine and don’t like the feeling that caffeine has on them. There’s a big hit of ingredients that act like caffeine. I suggest having a substantial breakfast and take your four tablets in the morning and decrease your daily caffeine intake and replace with water. I did feel a little buzzed and had vivid dreams when I took the tablets later in the day on top of me drinking a lot of tea daily. I had no other side effects.If you need a little push then this might help.Contains crustaceans/fish so not suitable for vegetarians/vegans.This also acted as an appetite suppressant.I think £8.81 is good value for one months supply.I hope I’ve helped ☺️

These weight loss pills didn’t work at all for me, but easy to take and no taste.

The media could not be loaded.  I tested 3 products of the Anaca3 + product family within the framework of a complex program.I will now describe my experience with the Weight Loss 1 capsule product.I have been on a lifestyle change for a long time, eating healthy and drinking a lot of water. I thought this product would help me lose more weight.The capsules are average in size, it was a little weird for me to have no any smell at all.It is described as containing many accessories and I find it strange not to feel these on the product.According to the description, I consumed 4 of the product daily.Two in the morning and two in the evening.I do not feel a significant effect from the product.I did not feel any significant effect from the product, I did not lose any more weight.Which is probably due to the product that I went to the toilet several times a day.The product does not perform its function as described.So I can’t recommend it as a weight loss product.Thanks for reading my review, I hope you found it helpful.XO Sue
