I was so excited to receive this knife. It is a beauty. Weight is good. The first 2 times I used it, it cute my veggies very nicely. The 3rd time, no such luck. It mushed the cucumbers and wouldn't cut the other veggies. After communicating with the company, I sent it back for a replacement. The replacement did not cut from the outset. I think it may be the angle it was sharpened. Both were sharp, they just didn't cut. It may be I just happened to get 2 lemons, but elected not to try a 3rd. The company was very responsive.

This knife is etremly sharp. I was amazed how it feels and I after almost 2 months of usage, it stills cuts through vegetable lijke butter.. definately will buy other types of knifes from this vendor..

This is a nice cleaver. Shipped very sharp, and has a great weight and feel to it. It's very useful for chopping large vegetables or large pieces of meat.

Nice size cleaver for veggies very sharp I’m sure it will hold an edge for very long time I’m using bamboo or plastic cutting boards only hand wash and dry my personal preference. AUS 8 is good steel for knives.

Bought one for my girlfriend and she absolutely loves it! Definitely worth it if you're looking for this type of knife.

Good-looking, not useful

Unboxing this knife was a whole experience by itself. This was the fanciest packaging I've seen for a knife so far. Everything about it was just so luxurious. You can definitely tell it's a quality product and that a lot of thought went into its production. It has weight to it, but is light enough to be held comfortably. It is also very, very sharp so be careful. It is a very exquisite knife and you definitely will not be disappointed.

Loved using this for the first time! Knife was not light or heavy, and blade was sharp. Hand washed it and put it in the dish rack to dry both times. Where the water spots were on the knife started to rust after the second wash. I value the time I get to spend with my child after working all day, cooking and cleaning… drying dishes to save them from air drying is not on my list of things to do every day. I was considering purchasing more but now, I’ll look for something else. If you have the time and want to make sure you hand dry I would def consider these.

Nice looking, but I could not believe how blunt it was, it couldn’t cut a Tomato, it squashed it before it could even start cutting.Very disappointed supplier could send out such crap to a customer

First time using this type of knife and I love it! Very sharp and has great weight.

A wonderful knife for the price. Certainly does a great job and seems to be staying very sharp after several uses. Very pleased.
