These are fantastic. We have used them for Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner recipes. I prefer them for savory dishes vs sweet but that is a personal preference. In general, the tube is easy to slice and then pan, air fry, or stove cook. Great value and amazon has been the only location I can find "tube" Polenta.

I have not been able to get a pre-made tubular polenta for at least 2 years locally. Found these on Amazon, and just received my 2nd 6-pack order. We really like these. Slice them into rounds, spray with olive oil, season and bake 15-20 min on 400*. Or, slice in rounds, then top with your fav tomato sauce, seasonings and mozzarella or Parmesan cheese (or both), bake at 375-400* for 15-20 minutes. Yum!

I'm not sure why it is so difficult to find this product in the stores anymore. It's economical and very good. The pricing on this was very reasonable and I will order more as they disappear quickly!

Great to have on hand for a quick side dish! Slice & grill, or slice & sauté in butter and top with fresh mozzarella, tomato & basil.

Product came quickly, was packaged in a way that protected the product and it was exactly as described in terms of taste and texture. I will buy it again.

This has been my go-to polenta for years but is increasingly harder to find in my local grocery stores during the pandemic. These are shelf-stable with a expiration date more than 6 months out. I love that it includes two varieties and is marked Gluten-Free. These polenta rolls have a great texture and are easy to cook with.

No taste or flavors. I placed bin air fryer and the texture is that of rubber.
