To be honest, it's kind of the same as all of the other resistance bands on Amazon. There is essentially no difference because they're from the same factory. That said, it works well for my purposes which is for assisted pull-ups -> muscle ups. I'll probably have to order another set so that I can do barbell exercises with them.Summary: All in all, works perfectly fine and I haven't experienced any of them tearing/breaking yet but I'll update my review once that happens.Pros:+ perfect for assisted pulls ups+ good variety of resistancesCons:- not gonna lie, these smell pretty bad out of their packaging. The smell has gotten better but you're going to want a fan to help disperse the smell

Excellent quality bands. Certainly better than my local gym's bands, even though I know they're brand new by comparison. They come with this handy bag to keep together. The bands themselves are thick and dense and feel very well made.

I'm positive folks will use these for strength training.... I'm however using them for assistance in stretching my muscles for limbering
