A must have for outdoorsmen... Excellent product.
Let me tell you that this watch is large and in charge! Have that being said, I really like the design of this watch and it’s the reason I chose this over several out there being sold on Amazon. I’ve had to adjust the little piece at the end of the watch to get it to fit around my wrist. I’ve also tested some of the functions of this watch:1) Firestarter – easy and self explanatory to use. I was easily able to create a spark using the flint and scraper located on the ends of the watch2) Whistle – This thing is very loud, I do not recommend blowing this at night if you have neighbors. Well, maybe if you were in an emergency..3) Fishing Hooks, weights and floats – Yes, your watch also contains these items as advertised I had to disassemble to locate these being the inquisitive person that I am.4) Paracord – Good, tough material – I actually cut the paracord to see how long it was it comes out to be approximately 12 ft. long in length. Good for tying up shelter in an emergency, using it to hold your own weight if needed, making snares, weaving, etc.Overall I really like the design of this watch – it doesn’t have that cheap feel that some of the survival watches have in the pictures and is pretty well made. I left some of the components out here because I didn't have time to review them all, but I believe I covered most of the important items. I am happy with the purchase and will be purchasing another one due to the fact I’ve completely disassembled this watch to test it and figure out where everything was located. Hope this review was helpful to some of you making the decision.

CAUTION BIG MEN
I could barely get it around my wrist, after much pulling on the two ends I finally got it to strech out enough to click - wearing it now I can feel the circulation to my hand diminishing..I recommend an extenstion to go between the clasp, with that I would rate this a 4 star.Directions would give it a 5 star rating even with the two extra nobs that do nothing

Extremely average.
An extremely average watch. The quality is decent. It doesn't feel flimsy or cheap. The major problem I have is that it's small. As it arrived it barely fits my wrist, if I flex my wrist I can feel it straining against it. It also cut me the first time I buckled it because of the size of the band. I'm a fairly big guy, 6'3" 225lbs, my wrists are bony and narrow and it still just barely fits around my wrist comfortably, I'm hoping the band will stretch a little bit after keeping it on for a while. If you have a smaller frame it will probably fit perfectly, but for me it's a bit tight. The other gripe I have is that the hands don't glow. It is an analog watch, without a backlight, and in the dark even after holding the watch face directly next to a light bulb there is no glow and it's impossible to tell the time without a light. Overall a quality product, but these few flaws make it hard for me to wear it.

Just too much here
Debating between 1 or 2 stars, but I'll give my thoughts and let you decide for yourself. First off, the strap clips were broken upon arrival. The broken pieces of the clips were not in the packaging/box so it was pretty clear that it was shipped that way. When setting it against my wrist, it was clear that it was too big for me (and I have large wrists). There was no way other than untying and cutting the paracord to make the strap fit my wrist. Also, the paracord was tied very tightly, leading to stiffness that was very uncomfortable. All the accessories were very heavy as well, adding to the discomfort. All in all, there is just too much going on with this watch to make it a practical idea.

I saw this watch selling at Cabella’s for $20 more and it didn’t look as sharp or have the fishing gear/thermometer so it was we
There are so many tools that are included in this watch that I really don’t know where to start, but here goes anyway..The watch itself is designed well and very high-quality along with many different survival tools including a fire-starter, whistle, compass, and a thermometer in addition to other things. I saw this watch selling at Cabella’s for $20 more and it didn’t look as sharp or have the fishing gear/thermometer so it was well worth the price and I felt like I got a good deal. I plan to wear this now all the time when I go outdoors just in case. It never hurts to be prepared!

This Is Awesome! Great gift Idea - I have a few in mind!
My kids were very intrigued by the survival watch and thought it was the neatest thing in the world. I had to stop them from breaking it, and the oldest managed to drop it face first on the floor. After surviving the fall, the watch was still intact and functional. You would expect it to be really bulky, but the size is really manageable, especially when a total of 17 combined items comprise this watch. It is about 10 inches in length so it rests a bit big for me on my wrist (only reason I gave it a 4 star rating). I haven’t yet got around to testing all the functionality, but I can confirm that the fire starter does spark and the compass you have to tap gently for it to point north. Also, I had to remove the little white tab on the middle dial of the watch to get the watch to get going (at first I thought it was broken) so make sure you do that when you first receive it. The fishing equipment, tinder, and other misc. items are located inside the paracord so you actually have to disassemble the watch to get to it.

Good fit, Easy to see time, Feels like good quality.
Arrived on time as some others have said watch seems big at first but in my case I have not worn one in years. It is comfortable and I got used to size quick and really it is not any bigger then any other watch. It has only bin about a month and I have no complaints it is exactly what it says and what I thought I was getting.

Watch came detached but otherwise one SHARP piece.
It was perfect as a gift, but the watch came detached from the top portion of the para-cord braid. My daughter thought she could fix it herself, but haven't heard back from her about whether she got it to stay or not.
