Great lightweight gaiter/balaclava. I’ve used this while running & cycling, it has worked great. I’ve used in temps as lows as 20F (-6C). Once I figured out positioning when covering my nose & mouth, dogging of my glasses was pretty much eliminated. I just needed to make sure my nose & mouth were positioned properly behind the holes. There is a “solid” piece of material above the holes that I need to be sure it’s on the top of my nose so as to not impede exhaling through my nose. If not, this will cause my glasses to fog. Easy enough. When fogging does occur, it’s usually while standing still. The material is not really thick or heavy, so while it’s thick enough to stay warm, I haven’t had any issue w/sweating & soaking the material. I’ve washed both the grey & black gaiter, no issues. They air dried rather quickly. Although you cannot cover your entire face & head like a balaclava, you can cover your mouth, nose & ears. You will need to wear a cap of some sort to keep your head warm. I have also worn my AfterShokz headphones while wearing these & had no issues as well.

I've used several balaclavas for outside work/exercise and have always had issues with my glasses fogging up so I gave this one a try. The holes reduce fogging substantially but it isn't completely eliminated. I wasn't sure about having something covering my face so fully however the material is thin and stretchy so it's easy to breathe through. It is snug on the face but not too tight to squish my nose or eye sockets like some of my other face masks. Condensation is guaranteed but the material doesn't feel wet against the skin and dries quickly. It is very warm and I occasionally pull the face part under my chin to cool down during a workout and it doesn't make the rest feel tight on my face..

This was a Christmas gift to a pair of runners. One of them had tried a similar product and said these worked as expected and were great for the cold mid-western weather.

Did a little test to see if my google would fog, so far I think this is the best face mask that won’t make you google fog, also covers your whole head or you can cover up to your ears and it feels warm. Haven’t tried it yet, soon will make a detail update.

I was surprised at how thin the fabric was on this gaiter, but was pleasantly surprised to find it keeps my neck and cheeks nice and warm during lengthy bike rides in January, as well as when walking. Very pleased with this product, and would purchase it again.

Yikes -- this might have been good but I had to ditch it after 10 minutes - the smell (and yes, I washed it a couple times before wearing it) was HORRIBLE. Very chemical, toxic smell - it went back!

So sorry I have to give you 3 stars it have little holes on the nose and mouth this I didn’t see on the picture when I bought it wont work to walk in any were with CVID 19 so sorry Is just not right I didn’t know that so sad
