maple stick are light weight
these timbales sticks at 7/16" diameter are very light but gives you a pretty good wack on the heads. because they are maple, they also have a bright tone when they hit the rims as well. I think if you are looking for speed and sound quality in a pair as these, you won't be disappointed.
