Very stiff when I tried to do fast rotation it broke I would put no stars if I can

Very bad quality item...
Only 2 riyal item delivered with 17 riyals.. even it is not rotating.. really disappointed... Please dont buy this item.. When I try to return there is no option to pick up we need to send by my self and payment will be refund later..So I lost my money .. I am not going to return ... just throw in garbage..
