I had low milk supply, and worked with an IBCLC and my naturopath to boost my supply in hopes of exclusively breastfeeding.The last piece of the puzzle (in addition to milk removal, oral tie support, checking blood levels etc) was adding in a galactagogue supplement.I had tried the Mother’s Milk More Milk Plus Tincture for three weeks and it didn’t really change my supply. I switched over to Holistic Lactation Advanced Formula and within a week I started seeing an increase.I take the full recommended dosage (3caps 2x daily) — I started with a lower dose and slowly upped it. I tend to be very insensitive to herbs and find I need a higher dose than other people.So I go through a bottle every 15 days. I’m hoping to slowly wean soon so I don’t have to take quite as high a dose.Overall, amazing supplement, and was the last piece of the puzzle in getting me to a full supply of milk.Also, it’s now easy for me to pump after a feed and get an extra ounce, which allows me to have a couple of bags in the freezer or have a couple ounces fresh available if I’m going to be away for an appointment.This was not a feeling I had before whatsoever.Also, I’m in Canada and can’t order directly from Holistic Lactation, but I’m able to ship to Canada through the US Amazon website!

This is my second time using this product and it is totally worth it. It helped alot when I was nursing and pumping my 3rd so I decided to start using it again as soon as I went back to work after my 4th. The pills are easy to take and don't have a funny taste. It has helped keep my supply up while I am away from my baby and pumping at work.

I’ve been using it for 3 weeks and it’s decreased my oz. I used to get 1.5 & now I’m only getting 25ml. I’ve tried everything but this was my last resort to continue breast feeding. Unfortunately my journey is over.

I bought the lactation and flow supplements. I was skeptical of buying these at first, but I needed a little bit of help with my milk. I make just enough for my child, and wanted to make a little bit extra to store. My sister in law is very into the natural and holistic approaches so I figured I’d give these a try.Let me tell you! I have only been taking these for a week and already see a difference! My newborn is always nursing and I wanted to try these out. I don’t know how much my NB eats while nursing, but pumping I would only make 1-1.5oz in between nursing sessions. After taking these supplements for a week, I am now making 3-3.5oz in a 10min pump session between nursing sessions!!! In just a few days, I’ve already started storing milk and have pumped 24oz to store for future use.I will be buying these in the future while I continue my nursing and pumping journey! I will also be highly recommending these to my nursing/pumping friends.

It help but it as a side effect maybe I'm the only person who experience this I'm not sure but sometime when I take it I start to bleed, mine you it does work. I've seen the difference when I don't really take it from when I do. Worth the value for the money. It has no taste really and it's very easy to swallow.

I took for about 2 weeks and my milk supply seemed ro go down and my flow on one side was clogging. Also my mood went from my happy tired self to a feeling of depression, which I have never felt like that before so I think the ingredients that balances the hormones was the cause of this feeling.

When I first began breastfeeding several months ago, my lactation consultant told me about the supplements from Holistic Lactation. I bought a couple just to have on hand in case I ever needed them, and I was so thankful I did. My 3 month old had RSV and barely ate anything. I hardly could find the time to pump to help maintain my supply, and as a result, it tanked. My son who normally was drinking 4-5 oz at a time was now barely getting an oz at each feeding, and was getting increasingly frustrated. I was so worried and discouraged once I realized I had a low supply, so I immediately started taking the Advanced Lactation Formula supplement hoping it would help. Within just a couple of days of taking it I noticed a big difference, and my baby was getting more at each feeding. Before, I barely pumped more than a few drops, but a few days after taking this, I started to pump 3-4 oz in less than 10 minutes. I am still taking this supplement, and I'm so thankful to say that my supply is better than ever, and I have a very happy baby!

Did the work, taste too bitter

I ordered these after seeing so many positive reviews and was very optimistic that it would increase my milk supply. However, I’ve been taking three capsules, twice daily for over two weeks now and have not noticed any increase in my supply. I will continue to take them I hope until they run out, but would have thought any change in my supply would have occurred by now.
