As we know, a breast pump may also be used to stimulate lactation for women with a low milk supply or those who have not just given birth or to relieve engorgement, a painful condition whereby the breasts are overfull, possibly preventing a proper latch by the infant. I LIVE IN EAST TX, and I actually bought this...
It does seem most of the reviews are fake, but I bought it anyway because it looked like it would work better than any others I could find in the store or online. The reason the wording in the description and *likely fake* reviews looks funny is because this item comes DIRECTLY FROM CHINA (which you won't know until you make the purchase.) This also means that shipping is some what extended and you can't specifically pin point tracking locations... But I will say that it arrived much sooner than I expected. After paying I was notified of the 1 to 1 1/2 MONTH expected shipping time, and needed it sooner so I bought the Lansinoh manual from the store. Well, it ended up arriving after ABOUT 2WEEKS.***UPDATE: looks like Amazon now fulfills this order, so no more shipping issues.***I could give it less stars for those things but it really does seem to work well IF YOU WOULD NORMALLY NEED STANDARD SIZE FLANGES. If you would need large flanges, go with the Lansinoh because you can't change the size of these. All in all the setup is closest to Avent (which does offer alternate sized flange) but seems like, according to reviews, the suction on this is probably superior.I expressed quite a bit in a short amount of time compared to the Lansinoh pump, but it's uncomfortable due to the flange being too small for me. I likely won't use it anymore, so good thing it's not too pricey!

Way better than Medula!
This was my 3rd pump purchase. Oh I went for the common name brands first...and almost gave up pumping- arm cramping and it taking too long. BUT A MOM OF 2 told me to give this one a shot & I'm so so GLAD I DID. I pump in half the time and doesn't hurt my arm. I know the instructions are in a foreign language but this is so worth it!

Appears to have FAKE REVIEWS
Fourteen 5 star reviews, all written within a short period of time, several of them written by men. Most contain similar strange wording and grammatical errors. No verified purchases. Some of the reviews are identical, except they were written by different people on different days. Things that make you go hmmm...I almost bought this, but I wil keep looking because I appreciate honesty.
