Q: H ow long are the regular straps,?

Hi, thanks for the interest. We've just taken a pair out of the pack, and they're 22" overall. On my 8" wrsits, they wrap round a standard barbell 3 times. Hope that helps, The IRON APE team

Hi Kaitlyn, based on your wrist size, we would recommend going with the Intermediates. They should give you the support you need while allowing you to grip the bar in the optimal position for the lift. One of the team has just over 6 inch wrists and also uses the Intermediate size. Hope this helps.
