The descriptions were misleading because it stated they were made from a natural material. If I recall it was cotton however upon receiving the tag says polyester. I decided to keep to wrap around my waist instead of in my hair which was my intent. The red scarf isn't entirely red, it also has brown and yellow. I love the blue one. Unfortunately these only lasted three washes until they got holes and started fraying.

The price for the quality is an unbelievable value. They have held together well, wash easily, tie nicely, she says the are thin enough I to allow her skin to breathe but not so thin that it leaves her head cold.
