You get what you pay for in terms of quality but this time not worth the price.
If you have a job to do, do it with the best tools for the best results. Well, that might be true but there are some tools that are just simply overpriced and I think this is one of those tools. I get it, supply and demand make a difference here but at this price you need to find a better way to machine it to justify the cost. If you have DT Swiss hubs and need to replace bearings you can use this and get the job done or so with a know off version at less than half the cost and get the same job done.If I was working in a pro cycle repair shop, then it might be worth it as I don't have the experience on the long term durability of the tool vs the cheaper version but I did try both and they both work for a hobbiest that doesn't want to pay the pro to change out bearings on bike hubs.

DT Swiss quality, works perfectly
Bought it on Amazon from a second hand seller at a great discount from new. Was in like new condition and worked and fit perfectly to take apart my DT Swiss hub.

You won't make one for this price and you won't do the job without one.
If you ride DTSwiss or Syncros (Scott) wheels and you service your hubs and bearings yourself, you will need this. Don't try to use it with a crescent or ratchet spanner. Pop this baby into a sturdy bench vice, drop the wheel onto it, make sure it is engaged and get two burly fellas to turn the wheel. Takes a bit of grunt, but does the job. If you don't service your own hubs, you won't have a clue what any of this means :)

I bet the tool is fine, but I didn't get a tool I got some random Jagwire hydraulic road brake parts...

Does not fit a 370 hub ring nut...
There is no serial number on this tool I have, not like the picture, nothing to say it is a genuine DT swiss tool. No markings, and worst of all it looks like the $40 version sold on here. I feel like I got ripped off. $70 for a tool that doesn't even fit the ring nut. FAIL.
