Head measures almost 23 what size would fit best?

My head measures exactly 24 inches (measured just above the ears). I bought the XL/XXL and they fit fine, perhaps a tad looser than I'd like, but not at all tight. I'd guess that the L/XL might be the right fit for you. Tip: Invest in a hat stretcher. I've used them on everything from felt fedoras to synthetic baseball caps if they're too tight and they do the trick. Hope this helps.

Great hat, runs small.

I'm normal S/M on the flexfit hats, read comments, did the measuring and decided a L/XL was likely the best fit. It is slightly big, but will still work ok for what I need it so I'm keeping it, but if you're normally S/M on flexfit and want a glove fit, I would go for a M/L.

Good hat if they get the sizing right

Doesn’t hold up too well after lots of washings but I wore it a lot, fit is nice so I ordered another and it was way off in size, so they aren’t consistent. Needs some quality control

We recently moved to Florida and my husband bikes 10-12 miles at least 5 days a week even in the hot Florida sun and humidity. He loves hats and as I was looking for hats I saw super chill; so I thought we could give it a try since it was a great looking hat and we love the brand. Also he only wears fitted hats and this was also fitted. Sizing was normal to other hats he had. He has used it for a while and it looks as good as the day we got it. Oh and it WORKS!
