The Colman's Mustard Cookbook (Storecupboard series)

My only complaint is the size of the book. It's pretty slim (80 pages). I have begun collecting my own recipes in a binder and will send them to Colman's one day. BUT, the recipes in the book are solid. Most are English, but it's an English mustard so that was expected. I have made about 20% of the recipes and every single one was outstanding. I image I will try most (if not all) of them, as all have been stellar so far.... If you love mustard, get this book, but be sure you use Colman's Original English Mustard for that fiery kick it adds to everything.

There are some nice recipes, but I was looking for a book that had recipes for making mustard, not recipes that use mustard as an ingredient.

Excellent little informative store cupboard books, I would recommend them, these are full of information like the history of the company, recipe's etc... I have a few other's in this series...
