great for my 4 pound small breed puppy... I purchased this item in a regular pet store ( better price). Honestly, at 2 months he pretty much ignored this item. However, at 3 months he showed much interest it, and it continues now as he's approaching 4 months (and teething). It is approx 2" x 1" oval, and he's finally got it down to 1" x 1", so for him, it's taken quite a while. Perhaps it would not last all that long with a larger dog/puppy, so could expensive to keep them supplied. He does have several other items like this - a bully stick, chew toys, etc, and 'works' on all of them. I will definitely continue to buy these.

I didn't realize these weren't sturdy. The pups ate them like a milk bone!

My dogs really like these types of treats, and from the image it appeared to be one large treat which would be perfect for my large dogs. Instead this was a bag of small treats about 1 inch in size. Would be good for a small dog, but for even a medium size dog this is a very expensive treat that gets eaten in less than a min.

They were too hard for my little guys to chew but perfect for my Standard Poodle. He loved them !
