MH,LLC Treasure Gurus Vietnam War Veterans Memorial Plaque and Survival Knife

I got this for my dad for Christmas. It was absolutely beautiful. He loves it a lot.

Don’t get me wrong, the idea is FANTASTIC! It’s a very honorable piece for a Veterans Collection,However the words on the blade itself where HARDLY NOTICEABLE, the Blade Also Arrived With Scruffs And Scratches.I guess for the price it’s not to bad but there are many IMPERFECTIONS.

Great price! My father was over the moon excited when I got him this display knife, now he displays it on my mantle with his Vietnam tokens and trinkets

Bought this for my father and he loves it one screw didn’t tighten good but it will be sitting in one place so not a big deal , overall this is very nice, I think I got a tear out of him

I was really looking forward to this as a Christmas gift to my dad who hasn't been home from the hospital in 2 months. The shipping was fast and I was kept updated about the packages whereabouts, which was a nice relief.However the down side for me is that as I was putting it together I saw the wholes were quite small and the screws were larger. This lead to the cracking of the wood stand beneath the memorial. That really bummed me out because it's black and therefore the cracks are incredibly noticeable.I filled them with super glue for the time being but I will have to take it apart and replace the wood.The knife is great. Definitely sharp and it was packed nicely. That's probably the best part of this purchase quality wise.All that said, still a decent gift.

I’m giving 3 stars only because it arrived on time and the knife is nice, but the plaque was VERY disappointing! It’s too dark, the names are printed in white and the letters are smeared. Detail of the soldiers are poor. Plaque is tiny and again very poor in detail and too dark. I bought this for my dad, who is a Vietnam Veteran. How is he supposed to see a tiny plaque like this, when I’m in my 40’s can barely see it myself??? I could have bought this at my local flea market for $5 to $10. The knife is bigger than the plaque. The plaque should’ve been bigger with respect to the soldiers.

Once assembled, the plaque looks very nice. The wall must be screwed on the based and the holes had to be enlarged so the screws would fit. Although the item arrived undamaged, the box was held together by a rubber band. Boxing was a lightweight display box like one sees on a store shelf, not a proper shipping box. Fortunately, the box had enough packing foam remaining that the item was not damaged and all the parts were intact.
