This is AMAZING !!!! I'm a PT and have Fibromyalgia. I got this because I wanted something that would support my back (which is where most of my pain sits) but allows me to bend since I have 2 kids under 5 and this is perfect. It helps my daily life so much and the fact that it makes my stomach sweat 10x more when I'm exercising has helped me get rid of excess water to get rid of my mum tum faster which traditional exercises were not shifting. It's allowed my metabolism to kick in again properly because it's taking the pain in my back away to help me train more and get my technique back.I fully recommend this product. Not so much for the weight loss aspect but for the back relief and using it as an addition to training. It won't work as a sweat band unless you actually do something to make yourself sweat.Edit* It is now unfortunately too loose and I need an extra small so back to the search for a new one since I got the small in this version and they don't go smaller. Still works though.

It’s comfortable to wear and fits snugly without feeling too restrictive. I’ve been using it during workouts and under clothes, and it provides great support and helps improve my posture. I’ve noticed a bit of slimming around my waist, which is a nice bonus. The material is breathable, so I don’t get too sweaty. The only downside is that it can be a bit tricky to put on at first, but you get the hang of it.

I honestly can't recommend this brand of waist trainer enough, I recently bought this one to update my collection of waist trainers and I only use this brand. The quality is exceptional, so comfortable and the price is fantastic. It fits perfectly from under the chest line right down to the top of the hip and it doesn't move. 5*

I bought this product to support my back hoping it will not fold over in the middle but it did. I noticed it had scratched my skin on both sides when it folds over.The length is okay. The clips and elasticity is good. It gives a good support firmly. It is easy to wear. It may be better to wear it on a vest and not directly on your skin. It is not as bad as many l have used in the past so l will recommend it. Not sure of durability as l have not washed it yet. But l will recommend delicate wash in the machine.

I purchased this waist trainer as I assumed the double strap belts would make me feel more secure, unfortunately it created the opposite effect. The belts flip over when I sit down and I find myself having to adjust them, which is inconvenient when wearing it under clothes in public. The waist trainer looks very bulky on and doesn't provide the 'illusion' of a slimmer waist. The one positive is the insulation provides some warmth, it's effective when it's very cold outside.

J’ai acheté cette gaine en attendant d’en acheter une autre plus qualitative. Pour le moment je ne suis pas déçue et si cela perdure dans le temps je pense rester avec uniquement celle ci. Je fais une taille 46 française et j’ai pris la taille xxl qui me convient très bien. Il ne faut pas avoir peur car la gaine peut sembler trop petite mais justement c’est la bonne taille. Ne pas hésiter à forcer sur la gaine pour l’accrocher, le but étant qu’elle serre et maintienne bien.Le seul petit bémol c’est que j’ai cette impression que la matière détend un peu. Je mesurerais à nouveau la gaine (et ma taille) dans quelques semaines pour voir si cela n’est qu’une impression.

Des la réception je n ai pas été déçue de la ceinture.Lorsqu'on la porte elle n'est pas du tout dérangeante elle se laisse oublier.Bon maintien du dos et la sudation passe inaperçue.

La ceinture fait le dos droit immédiatement, parfait pour travailler assis longtemps. Elle est confortable? Dommage je l'ai prise trop grande mais je la garde quand même. Je conseille de prendre deux tailles en dessous, pour vraiment avoir l'effet corset.

Le corset est d’excellente qualité, épais et confortable. Je suis assez grande et il couvre l’ensemble de mon abdomen ce qui n’est pas le cas de tous les corsets. Je pense qu’il sera parfait à porter au travail pour amincir la silhouette et améliorer la posture. (Je fais un 40-42 et j’ai pris une taille M). Les 3 rangées d’agrafes permettent de voir la progression et la ceinture supplémentaire de bien marquer la taille.
