No, but it would be easy to use craft wire to attach or make a hook.

Q: Are these vines flammable?

I honestly don't know? But they are lovely.

Q: Are these good for outdoor use? Will they withstand rain and the element?

We used these vines to cover the top of our pergola. They did good for the first 6-9 months but then became brittle in the stems, broke, and the leaves began to fall off. It's been a few years since we first purchased them and we are still finding the silk leaves around our yard and in our Koi pond. I would recommend to change them often.

Q: Can i use for iguana enclosure?

I don't see why not. Works really well as decoration. First dip it in hot water to make it look more natural
