These fit to the shape of the foot so there isn’t any pressure points
I have used these for quite awhile. Recently I purchased another brand that just has an round support, while these fit the shape of the foot. For me - these are much much better.Also, if you have problems with you foot sliding down the shoe (especially high heels) then give these a try - they help keep the foot in place.

Overall good value for the price!
The material on the top of the pad peels up pretty quickly on a sandal so that was disappointing. There are no instructions included as to exactly where to stick the pad down so I had to guess and move it around but luckily the adhesive is very sticky so this wasn’t a problem. These serve their purpose for the price and overall, I’d buy them again!

Comfortable fit
I bought these to replace some older ones in a few pairs of shoes. They are more comfortable than my previous ones and cover more area as well.

Great for sandals and flats!
They seem so small and not thickly cushioned in comparison to full foot arched inserts ..but for work flats and thin summer sandals that cant fit those and where you feel every rock you step on lol these definitely still help reduce my ball of foot pain at the end of the day. They adhered well to the shoes, glad I got them.
