This is an ergonomically great pen. However, it is hollow all the way through along with the mtal tips behind hollow. Because of the hollow tips it allows the wax for diamond painting to push through easily.Update:Excellent customer service!! They have redesigned the the metal tips and have gone above and beyond by sending out the new tip design for my previous purchase. Kudos to this company for listening to their customers feedback and redesigning!!! Will be doing future business with this company due to the quality of their service.

I bought this pen on a whim after seeing it posted in a Facebook group. I thought it would be just a tad heavier and the slightest bit thicker. The ease of use still provides comfort to my fingers and arm. It's a pretty sturdy pen unlike the acrylic ones that snap in half if they fall to the ground.The color is nice. There are no fancy designs to decide on and it gets the job done.The metal round tip with the blue wax is a joy to work with. I haven't used the multiplacers yet since I'm more of a single placer kind of gal.I'd love to find something to go over the barrel to make it a lil bit thicker but all in all it's an excellent product and Benote customer service is very pleasant to work with.

When I first ordered this pen, the two main tips were the hollow ones, which you couldn't use. I contacted the seller and they shipped new ones that same day. Because there were many extra tips (plastic elbow curve and several miltiplacers), I was able to use it until the new tips arrived. They came (the seller was very generous with what they sent) and I've been using the round tip for two days (about 5 hours of diamond painting) and I absolutely love the pen. It is lightweight, very sturdy and has a comfortable grip. What I really like are the tips. Even though they appear to be brass, they are encased in stainless steel and very little of the brass shows, which makes them more durable than the tips that come on the pink pens and less likely to bend. I like the way the pen feels in my hand. I own quite a few acrylic and resin pens and this one feels just as nice to me. I would definitely recommend this pen to diamond painters.

Fantastic bargain, especially since this is the first square tip for a diamond painting pen that I have seen. The price can't be beat. I have many pens (mine came as only the pen with 2 tips) that I've accumulated over the past several years and I've paid as high as $90 and as low as $25 for just the one pen and 2 tips and these are for round diamonds. To get both a round and square tip plus all the extra tips is simply amazing. I had to reorder a 2nd set before they sold out, discontinued or had a huge price increase. You will not be disappointed with this bargain purchase. Diamond painting has been my new hobby for the past 4 years now.

I love holding this pen. It's so smooth to the touchscreen and it's like just the thickness. To thin and I'm trying to grip too hard and to thick I can barely get my hand around. This pen is great. It came with all tips except square tip so I will be contacting them to get the square tip since that was the whole purpose of me ordering it but honestly I still love the pen. I love the metal screw in tips but I dont have any replacements so I'm glad they have a b1g1 offer. It also has a cute triangle tray and I cant wait to use it but it doesnt have the ridged lines in the bottom so I'm not sure how well shaking the tray will make the diamonds turn over but cant knock it till I try it. Overall very satisfied. I'll update if customer service is horrible or not but the card it comes with seems like they will be pretty well. Clear contact info and directions so its shouldnt be too big of a pain. A+

Update: I just used the square tip and straightening tool. Game changer for square drill paintings!I recently picked up diamond painting again and of course, couldn’t find my premium pen that I bought a couple years ago. I bought this pan to replace it and really like it. It is comfortable to hold and I noticed a marked improvement over the pens that come with the paintings. It really helped me to place my round diamonds and I am looking forward to using the square tip for my square diamond paintings that are in queue. The seller shipped very fast and stands behind their product. The square tip was missing from my package but the seller sent a replacement quickly. I highly recommend.

Great pen and awesome customer service. I had an issue with the first pen I got it was hallow and they sent me an updated pen right away!! I'm very happy with everything!!!

I am thrilled to have purchased Benote's Metal Diamond Painting Pen! It is definitely sturdy and comfortable to work with and it's rose colored metallic finish is gorgeous! Each placer attachment has a metal screw that you attach to the metal pen at each end. I especially, love the square drill attachment! I personally found that using the curved attachment at one end and attaching the square drill attachment at the other end it was a big plus for working with square drills that can definitely be a challenge in itself! I worked much faster picking up the square drills with the curved /gooseneck placer and using the metal square neck attachment to place the square drill into an almost perfect position! This Benote Metal Diamond Painting Pen will definitely last for a long time versus the plastic or resin pens.

I absolutely love this Diamond PaintingPen!! I wish I found it sooner as it’s really comfortable.I wasn’t sure with the price as I thought it was expensive but for what you get, but it’s totally worth it!I like how you can change the pen nibs by simply unscrewing it and changing it and I love the different types of nibs you get.Great customer service as I contacted them about buying just the square & round mental nibs and they sent me another pen with extra nibs. I was absolutely shocked & wasn’t expecting all that. 10/10 Customer Service.I had a slight problem with the pen, after using it for 3 days straight, I noticed my thumb skin started to bubble and peel, I contacted them and they’ve mentioned they’re bringing out a new line, however I bought some Ergonomic grips for pens that just slid onto the diamond painting pen and it works wonders.Again 10/10 for the product and the amazing customer service!!

This is the best pen I’ve found for the square drills, it’s comfortable and strong-the nib doesn’t immediately bend if you try and move a drill with the nib. Conversations with the sellers have been really lovely and very kind.

I love this pen it’s so comfortable to use I like that you can change heads to round or square great value with the attachments I easily diamond painted for 5 hours without changeing pens and I will be buying another one in the future

I suffer with rheumatoid arthritis so ergonomic is a must.Purchased this hoping it would be better for doing diamond art. It certainly is comfortable on the hands and is sturdier than the cheap plastic pens.Update:I have updated and changed part of my review due to this companies phenomenonal customer service.I reached our through their warranty to discuss that I'd had issues with one of their tips and they have completely resolved it.Thank you so much you've made my pass time so comfortable on the hands!

Been diamond painting for a while + I find some of the pens uncomfortable to hold as have problems with my hands. But this pen is great it is lightweight + so easy to hold. Love fact that it has both a Round + square tip on it. The added extras where a bonus! Would definitely recommend.
