I haven't noticed anything, Actually yes, i am constipated since a month ago and i have hemorrohoids, tjan you very much.

I've been taking these for a few weeks now and I don't really feel any different....every one is different though, I do still feel bloated every so often and if anything these have made me less "regular" I will see if anything changes when this tub runs out, more bloating ect for instance and I will report back my findings.

Being honest, I have noticed no difference after taking these every day since they arrived 3 weeks ago. I thought by now I would have noticed some effects but in all honesty, I don't.That doesn't mean they aren't doing anything, but for me I do still feel bloated and I haven't noticed anything in terms of weight loss improvement or digestion.

The recommended dose is to take 1 capsule 3 times a day.As this contains 36 mg calcium per capsule I am wary of taking the full dose (to do with heart disease) so I have been taking one at night and find that they do seem to help keep things moving and regular without any unpleasant side effects.So far so good and I will continue to use.Do check ingredients for any contraindications if you have any health issues.

I don’t like to do a review on Vitamins too soon, as they don’t always work immediately and take some time to get into your system. It’s been about a week that I have been taking these now – 3 times a day and maybe too early to say, but I really have felt a difference in my energy – as well as my improvement on sleep.
