I bought the Bycivy for my Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5G to replace a water proof case I was very disappointed with.. The screen protector on the previous cover did not adhere to the screen and was not flat.. Also that screen cover would get dirty very easily and really made the phone look cheap..The Bycivy cover is very, very nice and appears to be very sturdily made.. The screen protector adheres to the screen and does not get as dirty, and is easily cleaned when it does.. flk k

I really do like the case and plan to keep it. BUT it is heavy!! The phone touchscreen will not work with your finger...you need to use the stylist. We had to remove the plexie glass from the frame to utilize the touchscreen with my fingers...didn't work for hubby either. The stylist is also difficult to remove thru the cover. If this is a prototype it needs some tweaking. I bought this model because I wanted something stylish, and that would really protect the camera lens on the back and it does. Most covers are lacking it. The instructions said that it is waterproff 5 times. Note 20 elite is already waterproof. Not a concern. I think I can fix the stylist problem with an exacto knife. Hope this helps with your design.

Not a bad case just its not for everyone I brought it because I work outside alot needed to protect this expensive cheap made phone felt like it has alot protection just way to heavy I keep my phone on me just to heavy to put in pockets can't fit my phone holder,fingerprint doesn't work with protective cover it came with good idea though,camera feels like it isn't completely protected like the phone hard to get charger and pen out but great for people that are clumsy haha

Does not allow fingerprint sensor to work. As the face recognition takes a long time with the screen protector on. If this was designed for the note 20 then it should support these features or at least say they won't work.

I really like this case but I had to send it back because the thumb print sensor would not work with this case and that hurt because I loved the case! That was a deal breaker. If they make one where I can use the thumb 👍🏾 I'm with it.

I got this case less than a month ago. At first I was extremely happy with the piece of mind that it gave me. It made my phone feel like it was built like a tank. All of this ended the first time I dropped my phone. It wasn't more than about 3 feet onto a vinyl floor, but it was enough to completely shatter the case. My phone was fine, which I was relieved about, but the case should be able to withstand a small drop of that nature. All of this is why I had to give so little stars.

Case is heavy and bulky. Has a big lip for front screen protection. The front glass does NOT read the finger print no matter what I did or how sensitive I made it. I just took it ok and used a different tpu screen. Hopefully will protect from falls.

This case is very durable, and protects the phone very well, The only draw back is that it makes it hard to carry your phone and the screen protector is not sensitive enough you have to press hard for it to read your finger print. Other than that it is a great case.
