This product is made of Jingdezhen clay as the basic material. The process is completed all by hand which includes injection moulding, Clay firing, Glazing, Glost firing. Injection moulding, Material is injected into a mould cavity, where it dries and hardens to be a original sculpture. The duplicate sculpture which will be fired to 800 degrees is cast from the original sculpture. Ceramic glazing is applied over the cool surface of the clay sculpture, and fused to the clay body at last through 1300 degrees firing. Glaze is an impervious coating of a vitreous substance can serve to color, decorate or waterproof an item.
