Elite Home Renaissance 600-Thread-Count Cotton Sateen King Sheet Set, Ivory

The best thing about these sheets is that they fit my big mattress, or at least better than sheets I've bought in the past. They have an elastic all the way around and stay tucked under the mattress on the corners (but they could be a bit longer on the sides). I was disappointed with the softness. To call these sheets sateen or 600 thread count isn't quite right. They just feel like regular cotton sheets but not really soft like sateen would be or what you would expect from 600 thread count sheets. I'm ok with them but they didn't quite meet my expectations.

This is a great set of sheets for the price. The only negative is that the sheets have a somewhat rough feel to them. This is probably because they are made from "open-end spun" yarns, which is how almost all yarn is produced now. If you want a really smooth fabric, you should look for "ring-spun" yarn. You can still find fabric which was produced from ring-spun yarm, but it will be relatively more expensive.

THe sheet is OK- not excellent, just ok- what really annoyed me is that it came dirty and even when I washed it, the stain remained- would not recommend it if you are looking for soomething special- be ready to have a super powerful iron as it requires plenty of ironing after washing

Many reviews about the short-term luxury are true; in fact, my mother was thrilled about these sheets (one wash prior to use). The sheets look great, and made a great gift. As a daughter, I was not 5-star thrilled when I saw them two weeks later (when I visited my mom, who had surgery). I'd have gone the extra ten bucks for something softer or less synthetic-feeling.

I washed them before using them the first time with fabric softener and they are still not soft. I'm hoping that with continued washing they may get softer. I don't feel like dealing with sending them back.

I love these sheets! Soft and comfortable...my only complaint is the sizing. I have an Eastern King and these sheets are sized to fit either eastern or western(California) king beds. As a result, the corners aren't as tight as I'd like. Otherwise, I'm very happy with my purchase and plan to purchase more.

the pockets aren't as deep as I thought. They feel ok. they are nice for 600 thread countit's like a magnet for cat hair

We recently purchased a large new mattress that is 14 inches deep so naturally, we needed new sheets. I read all the information I could regarding thread count (FYI, those sheets that claim to be 1000 to 1200 thread count are a total scam) and decided to take a chance on these. I'm glad we did! After the sheets arrived the very first thing I did was remove them from the packaging and throw them in wash. They are very stiff when you receive them. A few hours later, after I pulled them out of the dyer, I really got to inspect them. They are nice and think and have a satiny feeling to them. And they fit our King size 14" mattress very well. We like them so much we're going to by another set.
