Gourmet Hot Chocolate Maker

It was packaged in a very sloppy manner and came broken in pieces. The box looked like it had been around awhile and I could hear it was broken before I opened it. The handle on the pot looked liked it was reglued.and the ceramic pot was in pieces. I went ahead and returned it without a problem and ordered a Bonjour Hot Chocolate Maker . I received it in a few days. It was packaged much more securely and I have been enjoying it ever since.
