Also Support ist sehr schnell.Alles in allem sehr gute Kopfhörer.

Exceptional product sound and fit. Battery life and call options needs improvement.
I have been rocking a pair of SE215 on a wired harness for about a year now and just switched to these wireless harnesses. Starting with the Pros:1) The fit is a big improvement. The harness really locks these bad boys against your ears. I wore them for 2.5 hours of paddling and they stayed perfectly in place even with all my movement. This is so important because without the wire to save your bacon, you are potentially losing an expensive piece of kit. This aspect has to be spot on and Shure has nailed it. Further, it really improves the noise isolation experience, with how well the buds stay anchored in my ears!2) Sound quality seems comparable to the wired version. I didn't notice any latency between the ears or with sound production equipment. So I'm glad to keep the high quality sound. Kudos. There is even a thoughtfully placed loop to allow you to figure out the best method of attaching your case to your situation.3) The hard top charge case is a nice improvement. Its really robust and I like the LED light indicators as well. Big upgrade from the wired version soft case.4) I love that the harness can be detached from the earbud. This leaves me options for repair, upgrade, or swapping harnesses. So for example, if I am flying I will probably switch back to the wired harness. I really like that I am in control with this product. Modular designs make me happy.5) Not sure if I should have done this but I did get way too hot on the paddle and started to splash freshwater on myself with the buds in. That may have been a bad idea for longevity but I can report that they are still doing great!Cons:1) Battery life is shorter than advertised. This is a downgrade to the wired version. On heavy use, I eked out just shy of 3 hours. Its definitely not going to make it to your lunch break. I would be a bit worried if I were a musician as well. Last thing you want is your in ear monitor to drop while you are in the middle of a set. This is after first charge left overnight. So I will report back with extended use and experience on this one.2) Call in one ear is annoying for me. I use these for conference calls and video chats. Its also weird after listening to music for 2 hours to have sound in only one ear. I would prefer stereo because I don't really see the point on trying to conserve power in just one ear. At minimum, I would prefer the ability to at least toggle if I have the call in mono or stereo. My fingers crossed for a firmware update to fix this.Overall I'm happy with the purchase considering the lightening deal I was able to secure them on. 4/5 for me!
