Didn't get the new packing but overall the product is very good. 150mg Caffein is perfect for people working out in evening and have to sleep early. Gives you good energy and pump!

You should take it in the early morning

keep your diet in check and use C4 ripped for workout and you will start seeing results in few weeks...I am not a professional bodybuilder but this really helps me shred water weight very quickly when I cut sugars and salts and use this product.
