The reason I prefer to use wireless chargers instead of regular chargers is admittedly obscure. It's not just because it's easier to plop a phone on the wireless charger than it is to try to orient the micro USB plug properly to the socket each time. What I've noticed is after a year or more of plugging and unplugging the micro USB cable, the USB port on the phone can become a bit loose and unreliable. Wireless charging is a way to save wear and tear on the USB port.Anyway, I picked up the Seneo because it was on sale and I'm always on the lookout for more inexpensive wireless chargers to add one to every room. Compared to other wireless chargers, this one seems to have a pretty decent-sized charging area so I don't have to position my phone perfectly. Also, unlike some other wireless chargers, the Seneo does not have a loud beep. That could be either good or bad depending on what you need, but no beeping is good for rooms where you won't want to disturb anyone. The downside is because of the Seneo's small size and low profile, its indicator lights tend to get covered up by the phone. Nevertheless, the Seneo is an inexpensive choice that seems reliable enough.

I may have made a mistake when I first received this product. I was having issues that I didn't find in any of the reviews. The phone was changing charging states a few times every second and wouldn't stay in a charging state. I was at my wits end after hearing the "Your battery is low" tone for a while and I ended up messaging the seller to see if I had a faulty product.No. I did not. Before the seller responded my wonderful husband had fixed the issue. I was using a charging port that wasn't the right voltage! BE SURE TO USE A CHARGING PORT WITH AN APPROPRIATE VOLTAGE! The seller was very kind in the responding email and emailed extremely quickly! After I informed them that the situation had been resolved they were very courteous.Now onto the actual review: This thing is so great! It doesn't charge like a lightening cable/quick charge cable would but as long as it's got time to charge (a couple/few hours?) then it works wonderfully. By buying this I've saved us, at minimum, $150 to have the USB port, along with battery and backing, replaced. It works exactly as described but be warned it does not come with a USB wall port to connect it to a socket. Cue the issue I had earlier. Also the shipping was ridiculously fast!TL;DR You need your own USB wall port, use the correct voltage USB wall port, and be sure your device is Qi enabled. Works great for my Droid Turbo 2!

I have tried several other inductive chargers, and this was my favorite. I keep this charger on my night stand, and the lights on the other chargers I tried were too bright at night while it charged. This charger has a small blue LED, and you can even cover it up with the phone if you want, making it easier to keep the room dark. The other issue i had with other chargers I tried were that when the phone finished charging, the phone (an iphone6) would vibrate when it was maintaining a charge. There was no way to turn it off, but with the Seneo charger I did not notice this problem. I would get waken up at night by the vibrations with the two other chargers I tried. It seems to charge fast as well.

I bought this product so that I wouldn't be plugging my phone into the charger and ruin my mini usb port. when I first got this, it was easy to work with and with a little care was able to get my phone positioned on the first or second try. now, the miniport seems to be tricky to get it to accept the wire and mostly it's a struggle to find a acceptable phone position where my phone is getting a charge. help?

Nice charger, works great even through a thick Otter Box case. Some of the cheaper charging pads didn't quite connect unless a thinner case was used. Note that this does not come with the wall adapter (nor does it claim to). You need one that has a 2amp output. Many of the older wall adapters were 1amp and don't provide quite enough current. They may work, but they'll charge much slower.

Just received the new product. Here are the pros and ConsPros: 1. No wire to plug in phone is convenient. and thats all..2. Works both with a full shell case and without. I havent tested the charge time with the case, but it cant be much worse I hope.Cons: 1. Contrary to what the description says.. there is NO fast charging. Its been on the charger for 30 minutes and it went from 75% to 77%, if I plugged in the cable it would have been close to 100%.2. Phone must be in a certain sweet spot for the charging to begin. So if your in bed and you put it on the night stand, you better check it or it wont charge.3. Supplied cable they give is kinda short so you better be close to a plug unless you use your own.

Purchased this because my Samsung GS3 would no longer charge through the charging port and figured I should try wireless charging prior to buying a new phone. The Seneo works!This unit is about the size of a coaster, just shy of 4" x 4". It's sleek and attractive. The rubber ring keeps your phone from sliding around and there is a small blue light that comes on when your phone is in the charging range. The unit turn itself off when your phone is fully charged.Wireless charging does take longer than a charging cord, but that's to be expected.

I bought this item to replace another wireless charger that was not working as well as I had hoped. The old one did not charge my phone with the case on. I am happy to say this one does a much better job, and also seems to be forgiving on the area you can rest the phone on. Other wireless chargers require the phone to be in an exact spot for it to start charging, this one just needs it to be generally on the platform. Very pleased with this purchase!
