I love this polish! I have been using gel polish for about 10 years now so I've had some experiences with both good and bad products.This is a great product, it exceeded my expectations!True holo colors as shown. This polish lasted just as long as my favorite gel brands.I was originally worried that the holo would scratch off and leave the black base visible after use. The color stayed true for 3 weeks until I soaked them off for a new color today.I bought this because I just bought a new red car and I wanted to match my nails to it (like a geek, lol) . I have had so many compliments on this polish! (And yes, the color does match my car as drive through baristas always comment!)Some things I wanted to mention after reading the other reviews:*I tried using my usual opi gel top coat instead of the top coat in the kit as some had suggested and I found the polishes from the kit were glossier and seemed plenty durable (3 weeks of gardening!!) so I will stick with the kit products.*I have noticed some black polishes are prone to shrinkage if they aren't shaken enough, I didn't have this problem with the supplied black polish but I always make sure to shake before and during use.*I always clean my nail bed before applying gel polish. I have great results with rubbing alcohol or bond aid.*I'm still using a trusty gelish brand led 5-45 light for curing. I applied and cured completely (2-45 second timer clicks each) the base coat and black color gel. I then apply the no wipe top coat and cure for 20 seconds. Rub the powder into the partially cured top coat. Finish with another layer of top coat with a complete cure.Worked great, like I said, 3 weeks of worry free wear!This powder is probably more than I will use in a lifetime (these jars are more than generous, I think you'd have to do your nails at least 20 times to even notice any was missing from the jar.) but if I need more or want more colors I will absolutely buy this brand again!Love this polish!

I really wanted to give this 5 stars bc the powders are beautiful and they are definitely holographic BUT...if I'm reviewing the whole package that includes the polishes SO... the base coat is fine but it's a little oily after it's cured usually basecoats are sticky so the color coat goes on as even as it can it made the black very streaky and more transparent.. the black is ok I have a couple different blacks that are much darker and more opaque and when I used it without the basecoat it's less streaky/transparent but still not the best I have... the top coat is good as a finishing coat bc it cures very dry to the touch after 60 seconds which is what u want usually but for applying powders to them u don't necessarily want that..u don't want it to be sticky either noooo nonono but u want some type of hard jelly like finish.. its too smooth and dry it does work but I can see it causing blotchy bald spots if u aren't experienced in using powders I used my tried and tested top coat I usually use for powders and they stuck evenly and beautifully so the powders are not the problem like I said if I didn't have issues with every polish I would have given it 5 stars still a good price even if u don't use the polishes bc u get a good amount of powder per jar compared to many similar Amazon products I've purchased previously ..I recommend a sticky basecoat ..a darker one coat black..and a thicker consistency no wipe top coat they tend to cure better for powder application

The holographic powders themselves are beautiful! Do not skip the brush off, and follow the directions.I'm not a fan of the base coat or the color coat, however. Base coat cures weird. I don't like it.. Color coat is a hot mess (black). I had to remove and start over with a different base and color. Top coat is ok, but with my light it needed a lot more curing time than recommended - could be my light. Had to do 2 coats and cures of the top coat.. Otherwise it doesn't cure fully and the powder scratches off easily.Overall, I recommend just on the powders alone!

I bought this set hoping to have a manicure that would last. The colors are beautiful, vibrant and will definitely catch people's eye. The manicure only lasts a few days at most before it starts to chip but that may be used error. My complaint is that i recently used one of the colors in the kit and when i removed it, it left my fingernails stained. I've used 3 other colors before without issues, but the one color left my nails a mess and i have no idea how to get rid of it.

I enjoy nail effects and found this assortment very fun for all the colors. The chrome silver and red are my favorite. My issue is that the gel nail polish that comes with the pack peels easily, so I tend to use another clear gel base and top coat.
