Can anybody tell me how many inches on the seat in between the arm rests?

23 inches wide and 21 inches back to front.

How well is this chair for someone 6'4" 380lbs and how strong are the wheels?

My boss just ordered two of these chairs for us at work, I am similarly sized at 6'4" and 352lbs and I have not had any issues, even with the added weight of my vest and duty belt.

With my current chair, I am always sliding forward and I need to reposition myself. Is this a problem with this chair?

Yes, having the same issue. I feel like I’m sliding off the seat slowly and push myself back into the chair often. I have a chair pad I’m going to try and see if this helps.
