We brought this refrigerator for vaccine storage. When we opened the box, the door fell off. The hinge was made by plastic while other fridge hinges were made from steel. We were trying to keep it and asked for the parts. When we tried to calibrate the alarm, then we realized the alarm has no internal circuit and have to run on battery, which mean you have to remove the alarm to change battery so on and so for. Then the alarm temp cannot be set, we called service support and was told cannot be fixed and need to have service call and sent us a request paper work to fill up. Sorry ! Too much trouble for a new unit. Return.

We purchased this for a new suite we were building so it stayed in the box until right after the 30 days. I was advised to reach out to Summit for support. What a total joke that was. If you don't mind calling and being on hold for an hour, calling back and immediately being put on hold with no expectation of a resolution, they by all means, buy this.We have done all the troubleshooting recommending and the thing continues to beep incessantly. Go ahead, spend all this money, get no support and leave it in the corner as an orchid stand. Pricy orchid stand and absolutely worthless company.
