Very good
I’ve been using this for years in my coffee, I like the fact that you only need a very small amount to sweeten.

The only stevia I've found with NO AFTERTASTE...
Over the years, I think I've pretty much tried every brand of the (super concentrated) stevia powder being sold on Amazon at this point. This one definitely stands out from the crowd because it has zero aftertaste.Personally, I don't actually mind the weird aftertaste that (super concentrated) powered stevia can often have. I guess I've gotten so used to it that I almost LIKE it, because when I first tried this stevia I immediately perceived it as being weaker than the other brand I had been using (One Organic). But once I got used to the absence of that weird tang, I realized it was just as sweet--if not sweeter! I actually don't need to use as much of this stevia as the previous brand now.If it stays the same price, I'll probably continue to buy it, but one of the reasons I've tried pretty much EVERY brand of powdered stevia on Amazon is because the prices of them ALWAYS seem to rise after awhile. One Organic, for instance, definitely isn't the best concentrated stevia out there (it's got more aftertaste than a lot of brands I've tried) but I always seem to end up going back to that brand because it's the cheapest and it always stays the same price (though every once in a while--as in recently--they'll sell out and i'll order a different brand instead of waiting). Hopefully this brand won't raise their price (I won't hold my breath though).Oh also, FYI this stevia is apparently so finely powdered that it sometimes sticks to the plastic scoop I use to measure it out. I always have to make sure I tap the scoop completely to make sure I get it all out, which isn't an issue I usually have with other brands.

It says non gmo certified organic.
I have used this brand for almost 2 years. It tastes fine. I have heard that using sweeteners (that are not sugar) raises insulin because of the reaction to sweetness in the taste buds and brain. I'm not a diabetic but I was trying to limit carbs because they raise insulin - or processed foods with simple carbs. I have not lost any weight and in fact gained weight...so I am not sure if Stevia is my best choice. I have cut out a lot of things trying to lose 15 lbs and heal eczema that has flared up for 4 months. I started to wonder if I have internal inflammation as it seems to be common. As for the product, it tastes fine to me and it says it's organic. I think I have a little addiction to sweetener in my coffee. I will probably wean myself off Stevia and sweetened coffee as I don't want my insulin spiking all day.

Originally tasted super artificial and then...
I am fine with sweeter taste, I am not picky, but this one tastes really artificial. It may be just the taste of true stevia, but it is not good. Also it is not 300x as sweet as sugar as stated in the package. I will not buy it againUPDATE: so I have been using this on smoothies and teas and baked goods and it does a great job with very little . I said before I would not buy it again but I changed my mind.

Bitter sweet
Tried this as an alternative to a previously used product which had recently gone up in price. This product has a much more bitter taste and requires larger portion to attain same sweetness level. It also doesn't dissolve as easily or as well. The smooth sweetness and quick dissolve, not to mention the smaller portions required, of the previous product makes it worth the couple of dollars extra so I will be going back.

Great stevia. Great price!
I am impressed by this stevia. I have used many different brands over the past 6 years and although I did not dislike those brands, I like that this stevia is inexpensive and yet organic. That makes this stevia a jackpot for me. When using stevia you just need the littlest bit. Stevia is very sweet. The Nature Restore stevia does not have an unpleasant taste in my opinion. I use stevia in many different recipes. I use it alone in tea and mixed with honey for recipes where the flavor of stevia just isn't what I am going for. It makes the recipe sweet with a lot less sugar. Stevia has a glycemic index of 0 and honey has a glycemic index of about 50. Massive difference! For the price, this is a ton of stevia. My local stevia is $7 an ounce. Nature Restore tests for heavy metals and pesticides. Also, the package I received had an expiration date of October 2019 which I appreciate as there is nothing worse than receiving almost expired products from Amazon.

This is just like other good stevia brands
We were looking for an alternate source of Stevia sweetener. This product turned out to fulfill our needs.I would suggest if for anyone looking for an alternative to "sweet leaf" steviaThe taste difference is so slight, you won't notice it after a few days use.....The only problem is transferring it into a storage container such as a salt shaker etc, as the dust it creates is very fine and if not careful, it can make quite a mess.

Does not dissolve easily in hot liquid, takes much more to sweeten, is this truely 100% stevia??
I'm not convenced that this is 100% pure stevia. I only use stevia for sweetening my coffee/tea and this was the first time to use this brand as other was unavailable. Instead of a tiny pinch, this product takes a half tsp or more to sweeten. It does Not dissolve easily in Hot coffee and especially not in cold tea. It feels & looks like cornstarch or such. I will not buy this brand again.
