This does a pretty good job immobilizing it
I have bone fragments on my elbow, and the orthopedic docs have not decided what to do with them yet. This does a pretty good job immobilizing it, even though I have a chubby arm and it's a little snug.

BIG BUMMER!!!!!
This review was written by my husband. He purchased it for himself. The sleeve (XL) fit a little tight but it was ok. After a few minutes it started to roll down. Bummer. The braces didn't even fit. They were probably a medium in my estimation. I had to move it down to my mid forearm to make it fit tight. I'm sending this back and giving into going to see an Orthopedic Dr.

Okay
Sleeves work well with alleviating the tingling but the braces are uncomfortable.

Product ok but no instructions come with it
I gave 3 stars because it arrived with no instructions! So we look at the picture and hope we are doing it right. There are two of them. Extra large was too tight for a 161/2 in bicep. At least I think it's too tight. Would have helped to know more about how to use it correctly. It didn't seem right that it would cut off the blood supply in my arm. So I put the strap on by itself. Was it in the right place to help? I have no idea. No instructions.Other than that the product was fine.

Over the years I've noticed that my elbow feels like it will pop/not track right during pushing movements and ...
About 30 years ago I while riding my bike, I had an accident and my elbow has never been quite the same. I'm now in my 40's but still well into the 1100lb club between the bench, squat, and deadlift, and my elbow tends to hurt from the amount of weight that I'm banging and clanging. Over the years I've noticed that my elbow feels like it will pop/not track right during pushing movements and feels like its separating during pulling exercises. Lately, it has become more that just something that I notice and something that is starting to affect the quality of my workouts.Last year, a friend asked me to come workout with him at his gym (Equinox). I had always wanted to see how the other half lives (and works out) so I figured what the heck; plus he lived by the beach. As we changed for our workout my buddy began decking himself in compression clothing. I did not comment on it but it got me thinking and so began my adventure into compression everything. Mind you that I use the term "compression" and my ensemble should in now way be thought of, or referred to as "spandex"; men do not wear Spandex, we wear compression. Now that I have come out as a compression fanatic, let us turn to the review of the compression sleeve.Fit:The fit is right on the money. I right at 16 1/4" and ordered the extra-large. For me it is a great fit. It is a bit tight around the bicep, but nothing that is uncomfortable. Anything much bigger than that and you will start getting too tight to wear. Especially for bicep exercises.Construction:The material is pretty thick and the look extremely well made. The seems are tight with nothing to rub or cause discomfort. I would expect that they will a long time.PROS:The elbow brace makes this a killer combo. The addition of the brace allows me to lift pain free.Nice tight fit that helps with muscle endurance.CONS:A bit if a smell when first got them. Cleared up right awayOVERALL:I like the fit and construction. I would definitely recommend.Disclosure: I received this product on a promotional discount from seller for exchange of my honest unbiased review. Decent Elbow Sleeves and Braces
I work in an office and spend a good portion of my day at a computer. The arm of the hand that I use to operate my mouse gets sore after long periods. It gets especially sore from the elbow down to the forearm so I thought I'd give these elbow sleeves and braces a try.My thoughts on the elbow support set:01. I tend to avoid purchasing clothing online because sizing can vary so much from manufacturer to manufacturer and I don’t want to deal with the hassle of returning things that don’t fit. After reading some reviews, I was a little worried that my usual large would be too tight for me so I ordered a size up. I'm glad I ordered the extra-large because it fits about the same as other large sleeves I have tried in the past. If you are looking at purchasing this set, I highly recommend ordering one size larger.02. The elbow sleeves and braces stay on tight enough to provide excellent compression and are comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. Also, the top of the sleeves stays firmly on my bicep throughout my workday and does not fall down at all.03. The elbow sleeves are made out of 65% nylon and 35% spandex and, unlike some neoprene sleeves, it is odor free. It is also latex-free. I’m not allergic to latex but for those that are, this is the sleeve for you.I found the sleeves to be the perfect solution to my problem. The sleeves alone provide enough compression on my arm to solve my issue and I’m on the computer now for hours without any soreness. The elbow sleeves and braces were provided free to me by the seller for testing and review.
