I've only had a quick go with this as I'm waiting for my hair to grow to use it properly! However, although there are plenty of accessories, they only go down to 4mm for the wider blades used for trimming hair on your head. The thinner blades for face have a lot more options, which go down to 1mm. I like the solid feel, it's definitely good quality, but I was hoping to get a trimmer for head and face, now it looks like I'll have to buy another one for my head, which I like at 2mm or so.

Absolutely rubbish. Spent 20 mins with 3 different heads. Then had to wet shave as foil misses most hair, even after trimming it shorter with 2 trimmers. You can't use the beard trimmer on your beard unless you want stubble. My 6 year old Wahl was a far superior shave in every aspect. Just hope they return my money or I'm screwed. Buy a Wahl is my advice.

This is a fantastic electric shaver!It has everything! It can be used on face, body and head, it it waterproof, the blades keep themselves sharp so will not need sharpening, the battery is VERY long lasting, it fully metal and it comes with a hard storage case that fits everything inside.I can tell that it cuts better then other cheaper electric shavers. I've never felt any pulling from this shaver and I've had my beard fairly long. I'm so confident it will tackle any task put in front of it, without any problems.All the different attachments it gives the ability to cut my hair at plenty of different lengths. For me this means I now shave with more detail - shave the sides of my face on a slightly longer length and I shave the mustache and chin on a slightly shorter length. This is because I have more hairs in those areas so it does look darker and thicker. Shaving shorter does lighten the shade.The body hair attachment cuts short and is designed to not pull any hairs when cutting. Again I can confirm this is true! Very important for those more sensitive areas.

The headline says it all. Product looks really good but it was not destined for the UK market. I don't know why the Philips Store UK sells this product in the UK!How do I return this product?

simple to use, well designed, comes wih all necessary guards and a nice / convenient case to store.however.. blades are not as sharp and does not cut as clean as a professional line of similar maschines. You'll end up doing over and over the same places trying to get a cleaner cut. even the head hair cutter like Wahl does a better job at this situation. For those who have more sensitive skin, will not appreciate it. Hovever I do love other Philips body hair trimmer (like 5000).
