J’adore mon « couteau trancheur ». Je l’utilise essentiellement pour couper des miches de pain multi-grains. Je peux enfin faire de belles tranches aussi minces ou épaisses que je veux, toutes de la même épaisseur. Il est assez long pour couper une miche de part en part sans devoir d’abord la couper en moitié. La lame mince mais très tranchante est super efficace. Comme j’utilise régulièrement et depuis plus de 30 ans trois couteaux CUTCO sans jamais avoir dû les faire aiguiser (contrairement à mes autres couteaux de marques reconnues), j’ai confiance que mon nouveau couteau à pain me servira encore pendant de nombreuses années. Je recommande les couteaux CUTCO sans réserve.

Until they did a demonstration at Costco I had not heard of this company. They offer lifetime sharpening for free, their cutting ability and their handles are better than Wusthof and other better known high quality knives. I will henceforth buy no other brand. By the way they make the K-bar knives for the marines.

This large knife is extremely sharp and from a well known company. I bought this as a wedding gift for someone who specifically requested it. Considering how expensive it was, I was expecting at least a standard box or something. Instead, it came in a plastic bag with a flimsy paper covering the blade! Obviously the main thing is the knife itself but it's a bit tacky and lame it didn't come in a box.

This was not my first Cutco purchase. I love the product and was so happy to see I could purchase it on line. The knives are very sharp. They are well made and stand the test of time. I bought my first Cutco knife set 30 years ago and it is still performing like like new.

This knife flawlessly cuts through soft bagels and cakes. Its aerated edge is perfect for breads and it makes clean solid cuts look Easy! I love this knife and it's one of the best ones I use at my restaurant.
