1. Open front cover: pull the switch button placement at the top of helemt to open the front cover.2. Start APP: open the installed APP(if equipped with Bluetooth hand shank, please connect it first), and then turn into left-right double screen interface.3. Insert moblie phone: insert your mobile phone per the picture below, and correctly adjust the central line of the mobile phone.4. Put on helmet: adjust the tightness of three head bands to the most comfortable mode. Spectacles are not needed for high myopia ranging from 0 to 600 degree.5. If fuzziness and double image occur, adjust the two pupil distance regulating switch on the device in order to make the images clear and free of double image.
