This is a great way to get in your Vit C. It was recced to me by a holistic nutritionist. It is mid tasting. I chug it down in a glass of water.

Good source of Vitamin C
Believe it or not, I use this product to brush my teeth. I had sever gum disease many years ago and my dentist recommended it. I love the flavor and my teeth feel great after brushing. After losing weight and changing my diet, the gums have been healthy as well.
