Then you start taking 1 less, (the nurse told me I will probably have some palpitations that tell you to reduce them 1a/day until you don't feel palpitations). If you get swelling of legs or feet it means you need extra to get rid of it (usually take 1 extra that day , if that doesn't work take 2 extra. If you take too many you may feel palpitationsFor me I was able to go down to 3/3x a day.
