Chairs look nice and feel comfortable, although I haven't sat in one for a few hours yet. They were easy to assemble. We are using these in our conference room.

I ordered two sets of 4, all arrived with no damage and all parts accounted for. Assembly was easy, although the screws for attaching the plastic back were rather soft and got fairly mauled by my screwdriver and it would have been nice to have anchors in the seatback to go with those screws. Purchased these chairs to go in my gaming room and first use will be this weekend. So far, no issues with sturdiness, but I'm not sure how comfortable they will be after 3+ hours. Good value for cost, in my opinion.

This is literally the worst purchase I’ve ever made. Upon assembling the first chair, I learned that these are a huge liability to have in my waiting room due to how cheaply made they are. They came with these ill-fitting plastic backs that you have to put the holes in yourself- the screw holes aren’t there already. They have blobs of burnt plastic on the inside and they smell like burnt plastic. When we screwed the first screw in to hold the back on, we noticed that it almost pokes through the cushion you lean against. If you lean back enough, you can feel the sharp edge of the screw. So we had to put the screws in halfway tightened. However, the plastic backing doesn’t fit properly onto the back of the chair anyways; it sticks off on the side and top edges. It looks terrible and in a waiting area, you certainly don’t need a child getting their finger caught. You can’t quite leave the back off due to the metal-ish rails that stick up and aren’t capped. Some screws weren’t useable because the star tip didn’t even have an indentation to stick the screwdriver into! The chairs are terrible and I’m not at all happy I have to ship them back. I can’t use these at all. They’re cheap and terrible. Why is this the Amazon recommendation?!?

These chairs are prefect. They are light weight and easy to pick up with the side handles. We thought they were very comfortable and sturdy for our larger guest. Unlike the other comment, we felt like we were sitting upright and not on a slant. Love how they stack, making them easy for storage.

Out of 20 chairs 9 of them could not be assembled with the screws provided. I had to go to a hardware store and buy longer bolts.

Whoever drilled/placed the holes for this assembly was not a "measure twice, cut once" kind of person. None of the holes line up which means most of them are unusable. Big waste of money.

Good value for this type of chair but I did not realize you had to put them together. A cross tip screw driver is all that is needed; and another pair of hands is helpful. But still, a nice chair for the price.

We love these customer chairs. Comfortable and affordable.
