I've always had a serious issue with nighttime leg cramps. Several years ago I learn tonic water with real quinine would quickly release the cramped muscles...but always having a bottle of tonic water by my bed, especially since I travel a lot, was a problem. I'm happy to report that these work just as well and are a heck of a lot easier to keep on hand! If I wake up in the middle of the night with a screamingly painful cramp, one pill fixes the issue in around a minute, just like the tonic water did. Without quinine, these cramps would last for five minutes or longer.
